Name

1. The name of the club shall be “CSE Sports Club”, hereinafter referred to as “CSE SC”.

Purpose & Objectives

1. The purpose and objectives of the club are promoting sportsmanship, encouraging physical activity, and developing skills in the sports the club focuses on.
2. To promote and develop the sports within the community.
3. To encourage participation at all levels, from recreational to competitive.
4. To provide facilities, training, and events for members.
5. To foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect among members.

Membership

1. Membership shall be open to all individuals who support the objectives of the Club.
2. Categories of membership:
   1. Member (eligible to participate in competitions)
   2. Executive Member (obey to work as a volunteer)
3. Members shall pay an annual fee as determined by the Executive Committee.
4. Membership may be revoked due to misconduct, subject to a disciplinary process.

Code of Conduct & Discipline

1. Members must adhere to the Club’s code of conduct and promote fair play.
2. Any breach of conduct will be reviewed by a disciplinary subcommittee, which may take actions such as warnings, suspensions, or expulsions.
